Mustard yellow

I don’t know why she came. She didn’t choose me but she chose me. She steps into my car Her hair are pressed on the back side and i ‘m visualizing her powernapping in the train. She grabs my head and my neck turns automatically to her side. Come here she says. I ‘ve missed you. a lot. I don’t talk. She continues messing with my hair . She wonders about my hair. They grow too fast. Maybe it’s because i haven’t seen you in such a long time. Nothing new. The radio is broken. But there’s no silence.  I look straight ahead. I don’t have anything to say and the distance from the station to my home seems less and less. She is asking questions. A lot of them. Like where have you been. Do you miss me like i miss you. When everything’s the same and nothing is new. Come on babe. Let me give you a kiss. I don’t move. Inside my head i know this is not going to last.  It’ll be a kiss. One kiss. Not two , not three. Just one kiss. So why bother. I’ll stay still and wait . Until she decides to grow this number. Like she used to.
